Dewfand and Fernpaw's relationships is one of my favorites! I've been following it and on no account do I think it is rushed or out of character or anything less than perfect! I love how your post was very bittersweet, focusing on such a caring and innocent relationship (not sure if innocent is really the right word? basically I just love how their relationship is very sweet and pure in comparison to certain parts of their lives) and then jumping to the heartbreaking news about the illness and its victims. I can't help but empathize with our poor medicine cats, and even with Frigidrose a little bit, and hope that they find a cure!
