I have a problem I'd like some opinions on.

I while ago I had to sell some OCs to pay an electric bill.
I sold one oc with the promise that the buyer would tell me they were going to resell or wanted to get rid of the character so i could buy it back.
She did this once and I caught her, asked her about it, she apologized and said she sold the OC to a friend who wouldn't sell her again. I let it go even though I was upset.

Recently i saw this person's name pop up in a warning journal, this person has been notorious for buying OCs then selling them not long later for more money.

After reading I found someone who had bought the OC from this person. The person then stole the OC back, and sold it again. All without telling me.

The person the OC was stolen from said if I can find who owns the OC now, I should reclaim it for myself...

I'm needing some coloured examples for this before I sell colourins, so to all those interested, pm me refs of your characters and I'll colour them in for free! (not fcfs, and only accepting 2-3 colourins) No edits will be made.

Do I have the right to do this?
I believe so. As the person who gave you permission to reclaim the OC technically owns the character still. But I think it'd be a little tricky, especially if whoever owns it now also paid for the OC. Good luck though <3
