WTW, Shiny Random Wondertrades, AuS, someone restarting, a nice pokegenner, etc. I do it all the time ^^;

i like to toss an occasional shiny into wondertrade to make someones day. hell it might not be level 100 but its a random act of kindness. i freaked out sO BAD when i got a level 100 shiny togetic over wondertrade. and also shiny ho-oh.

ah i was messing around on wondertrade just now and got a magikarp, which i was initially annoyed about and was planning to just send off again, but then i checked its summary and saw:

Celebration's description is just 'The Pokemon congratulates you on your special day!'. According to Bulbapedia it does nothing [like Splash] but has a cool animation cx Haven't had the chance to actually use it yet
