Im going to start watching the 03 fma and I cant wait from the little bit i have seen its great just like brotherhood (but brotherhood will still hold a very special place in my heart)

When people say something positive about Fullmetal Alchemist and someone corrects them with "Brotherhood", as if the original person only knew about 2003:

Also, I've been watching some random 2003 episodes on FUNimation's YouTube channel; it's one of the few things that isn't region-locked for me. I can't believe I hated that show at one point...

On a completely unrelated note, yesterday I saw an FMA AU of Big Hero 6 on Tumblr, but I skimmed through it because I don't want to be spoiled for BH6.

EDIT: I almost forgot! I know how petty this sounds, but my least favourite thing about Brotherhood in particular was how bland the Japanese logo was, and how it wasn't edited out of the dub. The Japanese logo had zero effort put into it IMO; it's like some guy just typed the title in a default typeface and was just like "done". I miss the shiny silver-and-red logo whenever I watch Brohood. =c
If the Japanese logo was edited out of other dubs, then I will personally walk into FUNimation HQ and filp all of their tables. =P

XD^ I actually didn't notice the difference till now...oopsie.

I know someone probably said this like a thousand times or something, but I found 2003 more darker than Brotherhood, which had a lot less comedy in my opinion. I could have been my favorite but idk why, it was probably the ending that made it my 5th favorite anime for me >_>
