Have any of you played other Smash games in the series on a different console? I've played Brawl and the original, and I have to say I particularly love the original just for its nostalgia.

If so, do you use the same mains that you used to?

I grew up with gamecube onwards (my older brother was the snes and N64 guy.) so Ive played a lot of Melee
Like no seriously we played it that much the disc snapped from overuse.
And Ive played a lot of Brawl, I particularly loved the subspace emissary, I always thought campaigns were neat.
My main used to be Fox/Falco/wolf or Pikachu, I still use Pikachu sometimes, but not so much Fox, since I started playing online I decided to play to my strengths and go heavy.

I know that earlier you said you didn't enjoy the recolors of Bayonetta's outfits, have you played with her yet? I'm really curious as to how well the DLC characters are in game.

She isn't coming out until february (the month of my birthday!!) but I havent bought anyone else so I couldnt tell you.
She seems exceptionally close to the source mateial though, a skiller or knowledgable player would be a difficult fight with her.

Oh yeah, duh. I can't believe that slipped my mind...I watched the entire final video presentation...Good job me. But seems to me majority of the DLC characters are a bit overpowered, but I've never played the game so I'm not positive. As well as a bit overpriced?

Oh yeah I agree. Even Bayonetta will probably be a bit OP given her witch time and bat within power. I hope they might make the combo's difficult or as they are in the original game to fair things out a little.

I feel like Bayonetta ability to slow down time during attacks will be trolled a lot in online play.

Which time is a counter, you do have to time it to instance before she'd get hit for it to trigger. If they make this time frame short enough it should be okay.

Just bought the game yesterday, and I'm already addicted. I like Toon Link right now, but that might be because I'm still just getting used to the controls. Eventually I plan on learning Sheik.

Has anyone ever watched or made a Mario theory? If so what was it about?

I've watched a whole lot before, but quite some time ago so I'm not able to recall a whole lot. But as I'm rewatching the one that talks about how Mario is mental, some is coming back.

Mario's my childhood, so I'm biased and this video makes the child inside of me upset. Nonetheless, it's super interesting and the facts presented seem pretty sound, although they aren't sure facts in my opinion.
