I don't know what to add to the front of the body, and I feel like it's just so plain... I can't add a belly spot ;-;

And I agree with you that your suit should be eye catching, But I dont think your fursona has to change much to pop. White is a very vibrant shade, and its rather eye catching seeing as I rarely see an almost full white fursona.

I think its a nice design, but if you'd really want to add color maybe blues and greys due to the rain theme?

I am not putting down colors, please don't feel that way hahaha. The more colors you add to your fursona, if you buy a fur suit it will be really expensive. Most fur suits cost between 2-3 thousand dollars with just two colors. When creating your fursona you need to think "will I buy a suit of the character." And "how much will it cost." A little reminder: you shouldn't have tiny little markings because you can only sew so much. Sure, you could airbrush but that messes up the fur and feels cold. If you are gonna use airbrush make sure it's only for minor details.

With that being said, I personally like your fursona, Echo is very cute and the colors pair well together. You can experiment with designs and stuff, don't be afraid to add more colors and more design just keep in mind the price tag (:
