Am I allowed to shyly float in here and still have a virtuous floc? I planned her to be virtuous before I discovered the fact that it's more fun to trick evil people the wonders of the corrupt world.

Personality ;; Stoic, apathetic, cold, fascinated by emotion, doesn't posses his own emotions.
A Bit About Him ;; Shinigami or Shin for short, though he also goes by Reaper or Soul- this floc is a thief of memories. He causes amnesia in his victims by taking their memories to hide away and uses them to study 'emotion'- a thing he does not possess though finds incredibly fascinating. Going a bit off my concept for The Silencer ( a plague floc I didn't happen to win ) he steals these memories to fill his own empty feeling- because he lacks emotion he feels incomplete, imperfect- and he longs for a way to 'feel' like other flox do. However the memories he steals gradually fade from his own memory as well, and soon he's not able to recall the emotion attached- then he forgets the vision, the sounds, the sensations- and finally the entire memory altogether. He writes an archive of small books depicting the memories he's stolen so he'll never forget- and he keeps stealing memories to give himself a better understanding of the emotions captured in the pages of literature. He doesn't generally hate or despise other flox, he envies them for their ability to feel and is curious about them- and as such will not attack unless provoked. His targets are generally ones Shin suspects are going to die or are on the verge of death- thus the name 'Soul Reaper' comes to make more sense. He doesn't actually steal the soul of any living thing, just the memories that soul once experienced. Total amnesia is very rare, because generally Shin will only steal memories he finds particularly rich with emotion or interesting to him, so usually it's only certain chunks of memory missing- not the entire spectrum. However on occasion Shin will feel a person's memory of their entire life is worth stealing- and will take it and safely tuck it away in his ever expanding archive of memories. It is rumored that upon death you will forget everything, and that's partially true- that is, if you're a target of the Shinigami.
