this basically means don't create duplicates of a club. for example -

[ official cs club here ]
[ someone random makes an 'offical' cs club here ] this one would be locked :),

I totally have to agree with the second rule (don't make a club that only talks about random stuff). You want a club that talks about random stuff? I know an awesome club for you. It's called General Discussion!
