I went ahead and picked Riker

probably because I just watched the season 2 finale
the episode where he almost dies I'd have to say that my second favorite is probably Wesley or Data though.

I can't say that I much liked the season two finale, to be honest. It felt kind of thrown together, with an awful lot of reused footage and... It didn't have much of a plot, really. Riker gets sick and has some memories from earlier in the season and then gets better.;;
But I think they've all grown on me, really. Data was always my favorite, if only because robots and androids and everything in that area are basically my favorite things {besides space and pirates}, but lately Worf has been really getting to me with his relationship with Alexander. Maybe because their relationship is pretty similar to my relationship with my own father, but a bit less... Klingon-y.

Yes, I felt that way about the finale. I admit, I was quite dissapointed. Still, I think I feel bad for Riker. And I admire that he stayed in good spirits

I can't remember the Season 2 Finale. I might not have even seen it, I've kinda just been watching whichever episodes whenever, instead of in order. I recently watched "Time's Arrow" again. One of my FAVOURITES. It was a very interesting time-travel episode(s). Of course there's alway problems you can point out in time-travel episodes, or ones where they find alternate dimensions, but I REALLY enjoyed "Time's Arrow." I don't know about you, but I am thoroughly convinced that time-travel is impossible, though I'm still able to enjoy and get into it a story or movie that's about it. I was having a conversation with my mom about it, and she told me that is was called Willing Suspension of Disbelief. I found the phrase rather... awesome:) I love it, and I even researched it! I'm not complete sure why, I just love it.
