I do really want one of these, but I dont own an account on deviantart, so there is no way I'd be able to snag one here. My only hope is that I'll be able to get a baby from a breeding in September if I can find someone who wouldn't mind giving up a baby. At least I have the money to buy one if I ever get the chance. :3

I could do that, since there really is no other reason as to why I'd made an account. I'm also guessing that you're right about posting to get a hatchling. I somewhat wish you weren't, but I have a feeling you are. cx

Mostly, having a Deviantart or Furaffinity account helps you have a place where you can be contacted by other handlers when it comes to your Wyrms. If you aren't interested in the contests, or games, etc and you don't want to register your Wyrm to be breedable, then it's not really necessary. I could /probably/ also register you under some other kind of contact location, but I know that HMS seems to want to stick with these two.

As for if you need one to be part of the breeding season... not at all.
There's plenty of people here who would be glad to set up a breeding for you. You'd just have to make sure you handle the payment/communication to get your baby Wyrm. You're welcome to get a baby from most of my Wyrms (I only have one which I want to save his last breeding on), the rest are pretty much free.

So, I guess what I'm saying is, don't give up hope. You don't need a DA unless you want to breed your baby. But you will want to keep up with it if you can just so you know when the breeding season is. I'll try to remember to post here, too, when the next one rolls around, and you can always have me put in your breeding request for you on either DA or FA.

If I happen to get a Wyrm, I think the happiness of getting one will please me. I dont think I'll need to breed mine if I get one, and if I do, I'm sure I can just make a simple account to do so. I think that registering a Wyrm is a cool and neat idea, but since I dont have a deviantart account, we'd be able to sort things out before rushing into that.

That's very good to know. I can easily pay for the hatchling since I have more then enough money needed. It's also sweet to know that I have a chance of getting a hatchling from one of your Wyrms. The only thing I'm unsure of is the putting in of breeding requests. Really, I'm fine with any type of Wyrm. I dont feel that I need to have all the power in saying which two Wyrms I want a baby from. I'm sure I'd be happy with anything. :3

Well, if people offer to let you breed theirs you have to find what other parent you want and ask.. xD Because the owners of the parents have to post their agreement that they're breeding their Wyrms for you. So in the end you'll have to ask..if I made any sense. :B

Basically, if you don't want to sign up for any other accounts, when the breeding season comes around, just PM me and I'll be more than happy to ask for your sake, and post up your breeding request. The only thing you'd have to do is handle paying for your Wyrm. I was a go-between for a number of people who didn't have accounts on Furaffinity/Deviantart the last breeding season, so I don't mind posting stuff for you. =)

But some of the fun is finding interesting combinations of Wyrms to throw together. I know I've already got my eyes on a few pairings for next time.

You and Kiley are both right. I think it would be fun to pair them up and think of what their babies will look like. In fact, I think I'm going to open up another tab and look at all of them right now. With asking, I'm just going to have to get over my shy nature and pick up some courage to ask another stranger if they can use their Wyrm in a breeding and let me have the hatchling. xD
