Are you sure that all 3DS friends get a friend safari? I thought only those that own X/Y or ORAS. I'm pretty sure that I have more friends than friend safaris.

Yeah, it's not for people who don't own the game I think. Plus, they only fully unlock after that person has beaten the E4.

Actually, you can get Friend Safaris from someone who doesn't own one of the games.

☁xxx ^ you can indeed get safaris for people without the game, I got my friends with 3DS to add me even though they didn't play pokemon. But you will never get the third pokemon obviously.

Pokemon Village is accessed by getting through the Route 20 maze

No no, that isn't where the friend safari is! It's in Kiloude City, which you can take a train to after you beat the game. The train station is in Lumiose City.

My little cousin was over for 4th of July, and we've been playing oras. At some point my cousin started wonder trading, and he sent out a level 25 marill. In return, he got a shiny level 100 Manectic, holding a rare candy. so me and my cousin freaked out about it for a while, and eventually I got up to get a soda. When I got back, my cousin, bless his little heart, was sending over the Manectic for one of my level 1s I had been wonder trading. He knew Manectic was one of my favorite pokemon, and one of my favorite if not my favorite shiny. ;v;
He knew how much a shiny was worth, and how rare they are, but he knew I had never gotten a legit shiny before and he let me have it.

WTW, Shiny Random Wondertrades, AuS, someone restarting, a nice pokegenner, etc. I do it all the time ^^;
