- what's your viscet's favorite object? (ex, a stuffed animal or family heirloom)
Liza has a rose chain which was given to her by Raziel before she died its what binds the two of them together in death.
Noel has the blanket which he was left wrapped in outside Dist's Inn

- are your viscets primarily feral or anthro? how does this affect them?
All of mine are feral though a few such as Rouge, Law, Mihawk and Kaiba can all shift to human.
The ferals can speak to those who can understand them ( Rouge and the group) and Angelus because of her wolf side and being a Vampire, if they want to talk to the Crew or other humans Rouge mostly translates for them.

- which of your viscets has the largest family? do they like being a part of it?
If you can call them family I think The Pirates have the biggest family. Rouge doesn't really mind it and is the first to welcome new crew members. All of them enjoy the hustle of the life and Distance enjoys there visits and feeding the crew.
Law only really hangs out because he has nothing better to do and he has his own crew to boss around.

- which of your viscets is the strongest? not necessarily in strength alone, but in magic, courage, etc.?
Mihawk in terms of both strength and most everyone is scared of him.
Dante being a demon he is both physically strong and good with magic.

- describe the backstory of the viscet you own with the saddest or most angsty backstory?
Liza and Raziel my RU from the tail mouth Viscet from Halloween two years ago.
The Thief and the Noble they are cursed to be together but always apart. Born as a Nobles daughter Liza fell in love with a Thief named Raziel but she was born sickly and weak, when she died she refused to move on and became bound to him by the rose chain he had given her. When he died at sea after taking a job on the seas he found her. There happiness was short lived when death cursed them to always be together but always apart.

- describe the backstory of the viscet you own with the happiest backstory?
Noel was left on Distances door step and found by Rouge and the others ( Rouge wanted to eat him ) he was hatched by Dist and the Pirates helped to raise him. He is the Crews Cabin Boy and his best friend is a wild Viscet called Hazel.

- which of your viscets sleeps in a really weird position and who is it
Rouge he will bend himself in half whilst a sleep on his back ( if you have seen dogs like this you know what I mean ).
Noel has slept standing up whilst trying to help Dist in the Inn.

- do any of your viscets have unrequited love? how do they feel about it?
None unless you count Liza and Raziel.

- do they have pets? do they want pets?
Rouge has Seth the Ferret but alot of the others count the Fuzz as there's as well, he loves Finn and Liza and can be found with the Irish Viscet and Ghost quite often.
Reaper ( Silver ) has Sable the Dragon though he also acts as a mount for the young Dragoon.
Lilith has a dragon called Gabriel.

Good greetings, mortal beings of the human race.

I am fairly new to this species and I thought it is time to properly introduce myself. As you can see, my username is unsolved riddle - but please call me riddle, if you have to.
However, I am not as new to ChickenSmoothie as it might seem. Indeed, I used to be a part of this website a while ago, around 2012 or 2013, if I remember correctly, but I just only came back.
I am a busy person, therefore I have not yet tried out for many viscets, but I own three so far, whom I all cherish alot.
My first was a surprising raffle win: Jakov. As my favourite color is blue, he is based off myself - mostly the good traits, of course. He is an aspiring actor, mostly.
I also came to adopt two eggs from the hatchery, which came out to be precious Daniel and Mariah. I decided that both of them will probably not be related to Jakov in my canon universe, but I have not yet thought about more detailed personalities concerning either of them.

Perhaps later I shall answer lex' questions, at least with Jakov. For now, I feel that introducing myself is enough.

I look forward to get to know this community and hopefully get more active, too. However, between theatre and university, this is certainly a hard task to manage. Nonetheless, I will try my best.

Kaliyah has an earring made from a ring her cousin used to own. He was kidnapped by dragons and she wears the ring earring to always remind her of her mission. Save him.

Tea has her raincoat. Its tea green, like her fur, and she has had some pretty crazy adventures while wearing it. It survived the world flooding!

- are your viscets primarily feral or anthro? how does this affect them?
Most of my viscets stand on two legs like humans but run more like raptors, with the only truly feral viscet being Aulelio, who lives on a human occupied island.
- which of your viscets has the largest family? do they like being a part of it? Saber loves his family! He could never wish for more, and with twonkids and a wife he currently has the largest family.
- which of your viscets is the strongest? not necessarily in strength alone, but in magic, courage, etc.?
Probably Tiki. She can hold her own in a fight with claws or swords, but also is the goddess of death and has a lot of magic in her.
- describe the backstory of the viscet you own with the saddest or most angsty backstory
Lapis, though he's a pretty happy guy, he is dead. He died because he somehow started falling off a cliff and no one wanted to help save him. Neko is probably just a bit below Lapis as his mom is dead (He didn't know her, so he's fine with it) but then his dad turned evil and cursed him, and now he has a evil side and is in jail in the heavens.
- describe the backstory of the viscet you own with the happiest backstory
Surprisingly, Saber. He is a orphan, but he believes his parents abandoned him to do their jobs, being Bascalisk hunters. Now he's the loving father of two kids, and Kerio who's his son also has a pretty happy backstory.
- which of your viscets sleeps in a really weird position and who is it
Tiki acts more like a cat then a viscet most of the time so she can sleep in some pretty odd positions.
- do any of your viscets have unrequited love? how do they feel about it?
No, everyone has a mate or is fine without one. Kaliyah has an odd relationship with her mate though.
- do they have pets? do they want pets?
Tiki, despite being a cat lover, has two rats, whom she loves with all her heart.
Raspberry wants a pet super badly, and eventually will probably get one.
The Queen has a zoo, so she has a ton of pets.
Saber has a lot of snakes. A lot. His house is filled with as many snakes has his wife and kids will let him have.
Tea has a pet otter, who she gains after the her best friend floods the world.

@Gadgetrocks I love tea and her raincoat. XD I used to have one when I was little. It was bright pink. One day though the ink or dye started messing up in it after the water seal died and it turned my arms pink.

Well for most of mine, it's the gemstone they received from kamali. There are a few exceptions though like Altaira and her pillow. Goodness knows as long as she has it, she could fall asleep anywhere.

Its... complicated. The closer that my cets get to modern ages, the more anthro I'm willing to draw them. Kamali? He's pretty much permanently feral. Tabitha or even Penelope? I could see both of those in a more anthro environment.

- which of your viscets has the largest family? do they like being a part of it?
Oof. Uhhh tbh I'm not 100% sure but for now I'd have to say Charlie. As it is he comes from a pretty long line of goat memes and though his story doesnt directly connect to anyone, in reference I do mention him having a lot of family across the country. And with tabitha being his niece and having her mate as well as soon to be three little ones, I think that puts them on top. If not them then it would definetly be close between Terra and his many sons and Altaira and her many sons/singular daughter.

- which of your viscets is the strongest? not necessarily in strength alone, but in magic, courage, etc.?
This, is honestly a tough one. Many of my viscets have great strength but they also have great weaknesses as well and that's not even considering the untapped power within some of them. I guess magic wise would almost definetly be kamali of course. Physical strength would probably go to fauna because have you seen her hammer? Honey, its heavy even if its magical. Mental strength and courage? Almost definetly goes to obsidian. He left his home and abandoned the life he had built in a world that was safe for the sake of a completely different world where demons ruled. Obsidian has some guts

If I was to list one cet who was the most balanced in all three of these areas, I would have to say Xerxes. Hes far from the strongest and far from the smartest but even though he lacks the strength of magic that he had before as a guardian spirit, he is far from lacking in that department. And what he lacks in smarts he more than makes up for in an optimistic and loyal personality. He knows when to have fun and he knows when to take it seriously. Last but not least, despite having almost primarily relied on his magic as a guardian spirit, his journey has often required more building up muscles that have made Xerxes quite the competitor for strongest cet I own.

Oof. Just oof. Where to begin? I could go with Asher, who's watched her whole life basically fall apart in a single moment, or I could go with kamali because of his mother's story, but ultimately... I'll probably have to go with Cyrus. I know I havent ever really been super vocal about his past but, short story short he was a desert dweller. He lived in an ancient Egyptian society and he was nothing more than a simple servant. He was born into that life, just as his father before him and the only think he knew was serving the pharoah. He was young when he watched his whole country destroyed. Judgement had been passed and they were devoured by a mighty beast. Only Cyrus was spared yet he was left with an eternal burden, one only solidified once he became a guardian. Cyrus is the judge, able to see directly into ones soul and measure the darkness within.

This ones simpler. Tabitha easily. While you may be like, "but cyber she never knew her real parents, etc etc." I can assure you that her uncle and his mate were all she ever needed. Though biologically they werent her parents, as far as shes concerned they always will be and with all the support and understanding they gave her growing up, she wouldnt have it any other way.

- which of your viscets sleeps in a really weird position and who is it
LOL OK So aside from altaira, it would have to be Artemis. Shes gotten really used to traveling, having spent so long on the road or simply in hiding so of course shes had to learn to sleep in many different strange positions. Even now that shes safe, her sleeping patterns have simply carried over.

- do any of your viscets have unrequited love? how do they feel about it?
This one is... another complicated one. Family wise, 100% yes. Erebus would do anything to live up to his mother's image that she left behind but Asher even if she was there would never honestly care for him. Even when Asher returns, she'll recognize Erebus as a lost cause.

- do they have pets? do they want pets?
Well I wouldnt necessarily call her a pet, but Abaddon has abyss. Riley has a companion too, a little aussie named cody and now Xiang has a little corgi dragon courtesy of howling. Theres a few more who already have pets, mainly within my companion universe such as sova and his owl. And there will definetly be more as I continue to introduce new species and creatures to my universes

Hey guys! bit of a different post here. so, I don't know about you guys, but I really like enamel pins (like these), and i've been wanting to try my hand at designing one. and, well, i did! and I want to have you guys' input over it, because if you are interested, they will be for sale if you want to get one. there are three options for effects that i was thinking -- either no effects, glow in the dark, or glitter -- and there are three designs that i made.

Edit: a few things to note, from suggestions I've gotten so far!
Concerning using Safo as a pin design: I thought about it, which is why one of the pins has a blue color palette. However, with the way enamel pins are made every marking would have to be lined and it would have to be quite detailed. I'm hesitant to do it because I feel like having all those intricacies might raise the costs even more, which I'm trying to mitigate.
I've gotten a few suggestions as well to do multiple, and maybe if this run does well I'll do another with a different color or expression.

The idea consists of aiding those who have crushes, specific romance ideas, or something to simply invent for their 'cets a small, dating-like profile to help find themselves a mate. Yes, I know that we already do have a search thread for Visects to find a mate, but this would be more of a private service consisting of an organization of those who'd be willing to aid me in making someone's day a little brighter. I just need a bit of help organizing and such, but otherwise I think it would be nice way for Viscets to connect on a friendly or romantic manner. I've got many ideas, so If you're interested, shoot me a pm and we could totally collab!

I've been wanting to practice poetry lately, so I've basically been writing a lot lately and was thinking I could offer a cheap way of sending secret little notes to others from a certain someone of your choosing <3 Let me know what you peeps think!

Hmm, I'd have to say my 'cet Twilight's favorite object would be her necklace that belonged to her mate, Otoko (Owned by my sister, gp5). He supposedly died in a fire and that necklace was the only thing that was left of him that they found. She has yet to find out whether he is alive or not...for they found no remains. ^~^ She never takes it off; and seems to be the only pacifier that aids her to sleep at night.

- are your viscets primarily feral or anthro? how does this affect them?

Preferably, my viscets are more anthro than feral. I like the intelligence and significant vibes that you receive from the beings we create that are anthro like because it gives their personality a specific spark that allows others to really connect to other 'cets out there; feral or not. And through this I find really deep bonds with my 'cets. Although I haven't competed for a viscet lately due to not really seeing one that sparks any inspiration, I've been prepping myself to always keep an eye out. Perhaps my next 'cet will have more of a feral personality...I think that writing view would really spark a whole new perspective that i've been dying to execute lately.

- which of your viscets has the largest family? do they like being a part of it?

Twilight's Family is the biggest, and that's mainly because she was the first viscet I ever won (thanks to the courtesy of Silver <3) And honestly, if you were to ask Twilight if she liked being apart of her family, she would most likely respond in a rather crisp tone, "Yes, I do indeed love my family....but I still feel old as hell when you mention how big my family is and I was only created 2 and a half years ago! >//~//<"

I won Paradigm in one of the most neck-to-neck competitions I've witnessed in the community~ I was very surprised that I was chosen to have the honor of caring for him <3 Through this, he is most likely the most developed out of my 'cets, and with that his personality is very opaque.
In a very simple way of describing him, he is a Constellational Viscet with the power of an infinity stone at his disposal. With that he has much courage and discipline that I find to be very obstinate when it comes to being himself around others. In simple terms, here is a shot from Zen's page to show you what exactly a Constellational Viscet is, if you're curious.

Ooo....That would certainly be Absinthe. Poor girl has to struggle with the weight of her chains; so basically she is either sleeping in an uncomfortable position or a bizarre one that will only be comfortable for a temporary moment before she switches positions entirely in attempt to become more comfortable than before. In all, since she's a ghost, she doesn't really need much rest. But when she does, it's definitely best to not disturb her.. (╥︣﹏᷅╥)

Sadly, yes. That would be Absinthe's sad love, yet the problem is that she is actually unsure of whether her love is entirely rejected. She has had a crush on a certain 'cet for a while now (someone I've shipped her with for some time （っ＾▿＾）)
I'm not at liberty to name the gentlemen, so that i don't embarrass Abby, of course, but I can say that they are owned by Lex ~hue hue~ ;3

And also, I have a small ship for my boy, Paradigm... this particular 'cet is owned by Teya <3

Surprisingly, none of my viscets have pets. Which is kind of odd, considering that most are animal lovers to a certain extent. The only one that really has anything close to a pet, would be Absinthe since she's followed by dozens of wisps that tend to either drive her nuts with gossip all the time or news from across the mortal realms. They can be loyal creatures, but their natural nature is to create havoc if we're being honest here.

""Grandpapa!" Bookah bounces into the kitchen, his tiny front paws reaching up into the air as his somewhat large back legs launched him at a large, elderly Viscet.

“Bookah! Oh, it’s been so long!” The Viscet adjusted his large glasses back to the top of his nose. He reached out to pick Bookah up, and the child scrambled up to his shoulders and mane where he gripped it tightly and boosted himself up to his grandpapa’s head.
"Grrah, easy there tiger," Gradpapa laughed and fixed himself to be more comfortable with the little being on his head, "I'm sure you know what you're expecting tonight, eh? A thanksgiving time story?" A smile grew on the brown viscet's face.
"Yes!" Squealed Bookah, his tiny little paws beginning to knead the mane on his grandpa's head.
The elderly viscet began to walk towards a smaller room- its ceiling was fairly low and the entire room was lined with bookshelves. Books... yes. The one thing Bookah understood. The literature that made what was being done perfectly clear. No misunderstood words and no real mistakes.

Grandpapa picked up a book with a deep scarlet red cover with a long scarf hanging out of it as a bookmark. The tan, green, red and blue garment was close to the end of the book. It was finally time for the book to be finished! Every Thanksgiving Grandpapa would read Bookah 50 pages of the somewhat short book. The Viscet opened his mouth and began to bark out the words.. And when the story was over, the wiser viscet leaned down to lick Bookah on the head.
"Happy thanksgiving, my wonderful grandson," he smoled as Booked wrapped his arms around him with glee.
"Happy Thanksgiving, Grandpapa!""

- are your viscets primarily feral or anthro? how does this affect them?
Most of my viscets are anthro. However, I do have some more feral ones, too. It mostly depends where they live: If they live on earth, they are more feral, as they're just animals. But in my canon, there is another universe, a parallel universe to earth, which is named eqorah. Eqorah is pretty similar to earth, however, there are no humans, instead Viscets took their place. So naturally the Viscets who live on eqorah are anthro.

- which of your viscets has the largest family? do they like being a part of it?
Amadeus has quite a large family... but he isn't really aware of it.
Aurelius has a large family too and he loves his.

- which of your viscets is the strongest? not necessarily in strength alone, but in magic, courage, etc.?
Morpheus has the strongest heart and the strongest faith. He is such a humble and honest being.
Jerome thinks of himself as the strongest wizard, but he surely isn't.
Otaktay certainly is the strongest in case of strength. He could take a whole army down...

- describe the backstory of the viscet you own with the saddest or most angsty backstory

Honestly, though, I don't even know?! I have so many Viscets with sad and angsty backstories
Willard however is certainly one of the top ten. Willard is a ghost, forced to haunt the building he died in and trapped in a timeless dimension. Since he died, killed by his best friend who was jealous of his happiness, he wails for the death of his lover and himself and seeks for someone to save him... of course, nobody would ever fall in love with a ghost.
Then we have William (or Willow), who is also the guy who killed Willard and his lover. He was in love with Willard and his jealousy made him kill the happy couple... and the sin he commited made him go crazy. He grew obsessed with dolls (due Willard's doll-like markings) but at least his profession, singing, kept him somewhat happy. But then he lost his voice, too. Unable to get it back, he wished for the power to lock souls into dolls and even now, hundreds of years later, he murders Viscets and locks their souls into dolls he created, having them be the voice he lost.
Not to forget Amadeus, who escaped from an animal testing lab.
Dino has a similar story, he was a clone experiment gone wrong.
Aibak and Ishmael both were normal Viscets until they ran into Willow, who turned them into dolls and enslaved them.
Felice died while writing a fictional story about herself dying which led to her being trapped in a loop, forced to live the last hours of her life over and over again.
Morpheus was burned alive once.
Morpheus' (and Fern's) daughter, Leotie, is unable to touch anyone or anything because she is deadly poisonous.
Candice' firstborn child was killed.
Lilian's parents and little sister were killed, he is a war veteran and suffers from PTSD.
Uh... I'll just... stop there...

Ok, I also do have Viscets with not so bad backstories XD but I don't really have any with too happy ones, at least none, that are planned out. So, yeah... none of my more happy Viscets have a detailed backstory

- do any of your viscets have unrequited love? how do they feel about it?
Noah is in love with someone but doesn't now they actually love him back cx
Willard technically doesn't have unrequited love but his lover is dead (he is too, but he is a ghost while his lover is not) and I guess he doesn't feel too well about that.
Donovan is in love with the school's nerd (still looking for a Cet who wants to take that part) and honestly suffers from it especially because figuring out he is actually gay was a hard thing for him.
Willow probably still loves Willard (and I'm sure he owns at least a dozen Willard dolls)
Mathilda fell in love with her protegee whom she had to watch die. Naturally, she is still grieving

- do they have pets? do they want pets?
Quite a few of my Cets have pets, yes.
Amadeus owns a pet rat called Mozart
Noah has a talking raven called Edgar
Caesar owns a black belgian shepherd called Robin
Harvey has a parrot called Beetle
Azaiah has a black cat companion
Benjamin owns a farm (dogs, cats, scottish highland cattle, sheep)
my witches (Eleanor, Salem and Adrienne) all have cat companions
Amaury has a falcon
Haru has a dragon familiar
Kija has way too many (venomous) snakes

Phew, that's a hard one and I cannot just name one, to be fair.
Especially Melia and Shari are based off myself to a great deal, but then there is Jimmy who is mostly based of Green Day's album "American Idiot". Then there is Noah, who was one of my first Viscets and is one of my most developed

Internally out of the viscets you have, who do you ship together most?

Raffaele and Nihil.
These two have such a strong love-hate relationship, I cannot put it into words.
It's also not really suitable for CS...

Externally, do you have any crushes you'd like to announce for your 'cets? Is there a special someone out there that maybe you'd like for them to give your viscet a chance if they're willing?
If I think about it long enough, I am sure I come up with some... but right now, none want to come to my mind

How many realms do your viscets live in? Are they all in the same one?

Sooo, I love talking about my canonverse, k? cx
The main realms are earth (as we know it, but with Viscets as an additional species) and eqorah. Eqorah is an earth like planet, where Viscets are originally from. Once upon a time, eqorah was destroyed by a meteorite but a deity managed to save a hand full of Viscets and throw them onto earth. This happened during eqorah's early times, Viscets were pretty primal and thus, being thrown on earth, they evolved as a feral animal species. This is how Viscets as animals on earth came to be.
Now a gaze at earth's future: humanity destroyed the planet and the deities blame the human gods. Only one deity, the deity of Viscets, takes mankind's side. The Viscet deity claims, that the destruction of earth is not humanity's fault, but the fault of their progressive brain and thinking and livestyle. The deity says, that every single species, if given the possibility to evolve and develop as humanity did, would make the same mistakes.
To prove that, the Viscet deity travels back in time to eqorah's destruction and saves the planet. Still, putting the planet into the same universe as earth would lead to great consequences, therefore the deity constructs a parallel universe and now earth and eqorah exist side by side, connected by certain places that exist on both planets, in both universes.
There are some Viscets that can cross the borders and enter both universes as they please (called "Wanderers" on my weebly)
Besides earth and eqorah there is also the land of the deities, the heavens where the guardian / guiding angels live, the land of the dead and the bridge between worlds as well as the garden of souls (only Morpheus is able to enter the garden)

How many Viscets do you own? Do you have a personal limit?

That's a hard one. Many of my Cets have great imagination / creativity, most of them for different reasons / in a different way.
But in some way it's a tie between Morpheus and Aoife... Morpheus can create live and Aoife is (a part of) the deity that created eqorah in the first place... and I think you gotta have a lot of creativity to create a whole planet
