Yes they are allowed if you plan them out with other people first

@vixen / everyone eyyyy !! hit me up if your clans need anyone along the borders, mistclan has almost everything open tbh ?? i think there's only two clans that they border at the moment.

beep beep i have arrived ,, oKAy so i have an announcement. this isn't explicitly tagged to create a clan, but it's probably going to be really helpful. have you ever gotten a new cat and sat there for ages wondering what name to use ? or you've come up with a name and you can't quite figure out what you like / don't like about it ? or do you just need confirmation from others that your cat's names are good ? well, do i have a thread for you. ( i typed that with like. the voice of a really cheesy commercial. you know what i mean. )

adderclan’s new post is up, and alpinenose is hopefully the worst player cac has seen(even worse than maplestrike and sootshade!). and trust me, he has more she-cats to come. as always, if you want relationships with him or any of my other cats, let me know!

Well I'm still a newbie here but-
Generally I would think you'd head to the Moonpool first, and ask for a medicine cat, warrior or a deputy
Or you could hunt or do a border patrol
Just start up your clan life by getting a few cats first ^^ you'll need them

In your first post, it's generally a good idea to have your leader go to the moonpool and request a cat (usually it's good to get a med.
cat first). You have your first 3 posts, not including the post where you described your clan, to gather prey so it's a good idea to do hunting patrols in every post. Since you're just starting, you can send your leader on multiple patrols. You pretty much just write about your leader like it's an rp then at the end of the post write:

[ Blankstar requested a medicine cat from Starclan at the Moonpool ]
[ Blankstar went on a hunting patrol ]
[ Blankstar went on a border patrol ]

Something like that.
