I'm not sure how lenient bliss used to be on forms, but I'm going to be cracking down a bit harder on applications. I will be looking at not only length but grammar and such; so make sure you use up to date samples! My motto is quality over quantity, so don't pick your longest post ever if it is not the best, most well-writen piece you have done. I will also be looking through some of your RP's.

Avery walks down the long dark hall-way. It was quite clear to her that this part of the building has been abandoned. Spiders and other bugs run across the floor and her footsteps echo around the place. Cautiously she creeps forwards until she reaches the exit; glad to be rid of that creepy place. It was starting to give her chills down her spine. She turns down a path and picks up her pace so that she’s sprinting down the hallways looking for a place to be free from. She stops, panting and out of breath and slumps against the wall. The coolness of the bricks feels good against her skin as she presses her forehead against it. Slowly, her heart stops pounding and she can breathe again. Carefully, she steps out of the shadows ready to face what is in front of her.

She wants out; to be free from this horrid place where nothing seems to make any sense. Every turn she makes ends up being a wrong one no matter how right it may have seemed at first. She snuggles deeper into her jacket and summons up all the courage she can muster and starts walking again. Her footsteps start to echo again as she desperately searches for an exit. It has occurred to her that this is all a mind-game, hilarious to the maker horrifying to the player. The person at the start told her good luck, and made her give him her phone. Now, she understood why. She leaned down to pick up a rock and tossed it up into the sky, closing her ears as the deafening ringing began. There was a dome surrounding the maze and the wave-lengths of a cell phone could crack it and help her get out. Avery groans as she realizes she’d never get out of the maze.

Would anyone be interested in role-playing this plot with me in a one x one? I've been wanting to for a while, it has a lot of potential, but I can't find literate enough of writers in the one x one search thread... I was thinkin 3-4+ paragraphs for this one.

The girl lives on a large farm with her father far from town, and has many animals to keep her company, and she doesn't mind it. However, what she doesn't know is that her dad is a werewolf- her mom was a vampire. She wears a necklace that keeps the urges of those species at bay until she's 18, and she wears it because she thinks it's that last thing she has from her mother.
Her dad suddenly gets her a bodyguard, to protect her from What he knows. [ that the werewolves and vampires are after her, ready to kidnap or kill since half breeds are rare since they usually die young. If she is taken by one and influenced by them by the time she turns 18, she'll be very powerful and more like that one, but if not, then she'd be half vampire/half werewolf and have the urges of both. ( drinks blood and shifts on full moons ) ] anyway, she is just told it's someone to look after her and keep her company.
The boy assigned to her is a werewolf, but no one knows that. He comes from a special training facility though, for werewolves. [ they can shift whenever they like, but have to on the full moon, and have to keep it secret ] however, he doesnt know what he's protecting her from, only that he has to keep her safe.

So... Ya....

Every one hundred years, a special event takes place. The Solar Eclipse, but not just any solar eclipse. "The Power Solar Eclipse", is what some people call it. People tell stories about the eclipse that comes one every one hundred years, and gives six people a "gift". Others call it a curse, and believe witchcraft is involved, so if the rumors about the people containing powers are real, they should be burned at a stake. Everyone knows it is just a myth, but there are some believers out there; just hoping to be picked.

There is a group of six friends that are living together, three males and three females. They are rather young, they are about sixteen and seventeen of age. They have heard about "The Power Solar Eclipse" in their little town. They don't really believe in it, but they do want to see it. When the time comes, they won't be the ones calling out to the eclipse. It will be the other way around. Even if they decide they don't want to see it, they will be drawn to it. The eclipse has a way of calling the people it has chosen to it.

Usually when you look at the solar eclipse without any glasses, you will go blind or worse, but when all six of them will look at the solar eclipse, without the special glasses; nothing happens. They will not be able to take their eyes off of the eclipse, until the moon has fully passed by the sun; which only takes a few minutes, maybe even less. After twenty-four hours after the eclipse, the group of friends will have a special surprise waiting for them. Whether they accept what they are or deny it, they can't ignore it. At least not for long.

That's when you know... It's only just the beginning.

You must protect one another from the evils out in the world. There are some that know about you and your special powers. They want to capture you, and turn you in to collect their bounty. These people are known as Bounty Hunters. They will stop at nothing to get you, and turn you in to The Source. The Source is source of all evil in the world. He has the strongest of the strongest demons protecting him. Even if you do manage to kill The Source, he will always be reborn.

Soon they will be apart of "The Power Solar Eclipse's" world...

It started with disease, followed by devastating natural disasters. Stock markets crashed, governments lost power and people panicked, joining together in groups and violent gangs trying to survive all across the world. In a matter of months, large cities were empty, and civilization as everyone knew it was over. The world is now every man for himself, and there are no signs of improvement. Some choose to roam in large gangs, most violent and unstable with vigilante justice. But there are a few people who have managed to hold onto humanity, tucked away in hard to reach places of the globe. What will you do to survive?

Amongst all of the chaos, there sits a small family farm nestled in the mountains of Appalachia, hidden from gangs. Thanks to the rough terrain of the mountains, the farm has sat relatively peacefully and unnoticed. Gangs are unprepared in the forest, underestimating its power and the family that lives there. If you are lucky enough to stumble onto the farm, its best to make friends, because this might be the only place you have a chance of survival.
