If it helps, I pretty much derive most of my names from nouns and the like rather than actual names :>

Examples would be Spike, Rust, Lithium, Mauv (came from mauve), and there's many more which I've forgotten.

No need to get fancy ^^ I usually name my characters on an impulse, so the first name that comes to mind I use.

Haha, yeah! She had a good amount of art, and her design is gorgeous! :3 I tried to get her, but I didn't have a lot to offer because I can't get points on DA. ^^ I have some new characters coming in though anyways, so I will be busy with them XD

I'm not sure if you'd call the names I give my characters "good" or not, but I usually get my names from Baby Name Network. The downside is there's a lot of advertisements and I always mute my computer so I don't have to hear it.
