^^ I read some of it too, it was so invasive and personal. It annoyed me so much because Dan and Phil are creative and amazing people and are so interesting and there is so much more to them then where they live and if they are gay. Also why would even ask them that because it doesn't matter and it just made them feel uncomfortable. But the pictures from it were super cute

gosssh I really hate when the news make teenage girls sound stupid and childish. It's demeaning and I hate it (not to mention the fact that teenage girls aren't the only people who like d&p).

exactly. i'm not exactly female as i am trans but seriously. it's like the male side of this fandom never gets any love. i have lots of male friends who like phan.

but i read the article. they made it actually sound like a bunch of teenage girls wrote it.

from what I saw the male side of the phandom is loved by the rest of the phandom but not noticed by the media. But that is the same with almost every other youtuber too, even with a lot book/film/series fandoms. It's ridiculous. also the fact that the whole phandom part that is somewhere else or even off the gender spectrum, they(media and stuff) make it seem like we're not even existing [[which may or may not be because most of them also don't believe in any gender apart from male or female]]

I managed to read the full article this morning. the amount of ignorance ...

but for real, I don't understand the fuss about teenage girls/boys/human. I mean, most of these people are incredibly creative even at such a young age. that is incredible, not something anybody should be mean about. they can be dedicated and mostly work hard on fan art & fan accounts. sure, some are really annoying but most of them aren't. we were all young once

i'm actually still a teenager. i'm just pointing out how lots of crappy fanart and fanfiction surrounding fandoms exists because of mostly adolescents or teenagers.
