Honestly I don't care anymore about litters. I edited mine from 6 and now I can't edit back. Brilliant.

I agree. I think the only period who get litters are artists and people who have like 20 already. I've only caught four or five litters and it's frustrating to see that the same people get them every time. I say yes. One week, only people with 4 orbies and under can only adopt.
