I'm just curious, how did these adopts work? I understand though that if it is best for Bear Run to not do it then that is 100% okay, I am just genuinely curious!

Thinking about doing some FCFS like the way gator did them once, like color in a sheet with some little designs and then make those into Tolters?

I think it'd be a good "out of school" sort of event thing. But not a constant thing, I feel like it should only be on occasion.

Personally I love this idea!
I mean its a lot different to regular adopts etc and I'd like to do this..I mean I wouldn't say it being a regular thing is great..but if it happened every once in awhile that'd be fun ^-^ I like really like the sound of this...

Your couple gets into a huge argument over something #2 did. How does each deal with it? What did #2 do to start this?
Surprisingly enough, they tend to argue over Warden defending Wordsworth. The argument would have probably started because Warden did a lot of yelling. They'll make up eventually though, they always do.

#1 takes #2 to a place that has a special meaning to them. How does #2 react? Why is this place special to #1?
Warden would have a whale of a time. Wordsworth would take him to one of her dressage competitions, as that is where she has the most self-confidence.

Describe the first time they met. Did they leave good first impressions? What did each think?

#2 is helping #1 train for an upcoming contest. Does #2 do a good job?
Warden wouldn't be able to follow the complicated dressage steps that Wordsworth has to know, but he'd try his best.

If there was a big scary insect in their stall, would either of them freak out about it? Who would be the one to get rid of it?
Warden would be the one cowering in the back of the stall X3 Wordsworth would tease him about it a little, then remove it.

#1 comes home covered in mud. How does #2 react? Do they help them clean off?
Wordsworth would probably be covered in mud because someone did it to her, so Warden would clean her off then storm off to find whoever did it.

Chrissie #1 and Sebastien #2
Your couple gets into a huge argument over something #2 did. How does each deal with it? What did #2 do to start this?
The argument would be Sebastien getting into a fight with Crowley and Zachary over protecting Chrissie or just a joke gone too far, but they'd handle it by a bit of a physical scuffle where Chrissie throws a fit.
#1 takes #2 to a place that has a special meaning to them. How does #2 react? Why is this place special to #1?
Sebastien would react like it wasn't anything huge or special until they actually got to the place and it's really special to Chrissie since it's where he remembers finding a safe slot from his bullies.

The first time the two met wasn't really anything huge and special since they ignored each other but their first real meeting was in a stormy day, one of the biggest storms to hit the ranch when Crowley and Zachary had attacked Chrissie leaving him beaten up badly in the pasture and had not plans to stop until he'd heard the cries of the pained horse and investigating, chasing the others off of the blind horse. You can definitely say Sebastien left good first impression on the appaloosa stallion.
#2 is helping #1 train for an upcoming contest. Does #2 do a good job?
Chrissie doesn't compete in anything but Sebastien has been doing a good job in helping him in cart pulling and dressage a bit.
If there was a big scary insect in their stall, would either of them freak out about it? Who would be the one to get rid of it?
Chrissie wouldn't be able to see it so he'd be fine and Sebastien wouldn't mind at all either.

Sebastien reacts poorly since he knows Chrissie hates mud and it's likely Crowley and Zachary went after him and of course he helps him clean up

Nope.
For a while there Violet worried about them, because she's the motherly type, but Kex and Koda had been together long before most of the herd were adopted.

Kex #1, Koda #2

Your couple gets into a huge argument over something #2 did. How does each deal with it? What did #2 do to start this?
Well, it'd have to be something very serious for Kex to react like that - he's cool, calm, and unbothered by most things, and while sometimes his mate's antics get a little over the top he's leaned to be even more patient than his usual self with her.
The only thing I can think of is Koda making Paris upset (since Koda is known to do that by pushing the other mare to be social when she feels anxious and unsafe about it) and perhaps Toki, Lilja, or Vidri brought it up with Kex afterwards to bring him to talk to her about it. Kex would patiently explain what the trouble was, and would only act up if Koda became childish or refused to listen to him. If they ever got into a big row, Koda would sulk, and Kex would get grumpy, but they'd grudgingly get over it within a day or so I think.

I have a long-unfinished fic written about this from waaaay back when I first started, actually! (Twitch will remember it cx)
At the time when she was a filly, Koda was the only resident at Sunset Lodge and felt very lonely. As one of the only other tolter breeders in Australia, Invergowrie Stud were very keen to help out (and hopefully cross bloodlines in the future - as it turned out, we do that now quite often cx) and Koda went to stay with them for a few months. There, she met Kex, and the rest is history.
Koda was quite shy as a filly, and still retains a very small amount of that shyness in her adult stage when faced with new surroundings, but left quite an impression on young Kex (who got teased about it by Brynja shortly afterwards haha). Kex was one of the first - no, the first tolter - to reach out to Koda because her mother, Carol, was with her and was quite abrasive, and Koda developed a lasting friendship and then relationship with him because of it.

#1 takes #2 to a place that has a special meaning to them. How does #2 react? Why is this place special to #1?

When they were foals, and Koda was in the first few days of her stay at Invergowrie, Kex and Koda stole away from her mother into the night so that they could properly meet each other (Koda's dam Carol was very overprotective of her baby) and get to know each other. They went down to the tiny, trickling stream, and frolicked around, playing as foals do. It was at this stream that the pair really started to fall for one another.
Since then, the pair have returned to that stream a few times, sometimes with their fillies (three and counting), but on one occasion, alone - in a mirror of their first proper meeting, Kex crept up to his mate in the middle of the night and they mingled silently down to the stream, to stand with their hooves in the water and breathe in the peace and their memories together.

*high-pitched squeaking noises*

#2 is helping #1 train for an upcoming contest. Does #2 do a good job?

Koda, while a top-notch cheerleader, isn't the best coach. For starters, she's far too easily distracted by literally anything else that could be happening at the time. Besides, Kex, not really a competitor at heart even at the best of times, could get quite frustrated with her sometimes unclear and not-particularly-helpful advice.

Kex, I'm sure, wouldn't be bothered, and neither would Koda, unless it was a spider. Then, she'd be a typical over-reactive Koda and whinny to Kex until he got rid of it for her.

#1 comes home covered in mud. How does #2 react? Do they help them clean off?
Koda would crack a few jokes about how he looked, just to tease him, and then give him a nuzzle under the chin to make sure he didn't feel too bad before splashing him with water from her water trough.
This results in a playful water fight that leaves both of them sparkling clean but incredibly, sopping wet.

I've been in the hospital because during a new and more aggressive course of my chemo therapy I had a very small seizure.
they don't know what caused it and they're hoping to figure it out and hopefully it won't happen again because there's a possibility it could end up being fatal.
I won't be able to make adopts and may not even get finishing a few because I can't get on an actual computer.
I would really appreciate if you guys would be patient with me and not constantly bump the topics I haven't judged.
I'm sorry, it's just really stressing me out and making me extremely flustered. I can't help what's really happening right now even though I wish I could and I would much rather be doing adopts and customs than sitting in the hospital.
