Quick sima question, is there an item that changes the gender of a sima? The sima in question is from a nursery batch and had a predetermined gender, I'm not just talking about a sima that was normally adopted.

this will be bulk, staff will be addressed first. it's activity check and announcements.

ghost staff;

if you're listed as a ghost artist/nursery artist/etc, please send me a message in the next 24 hours.
when you do, please let me know if you want to keep your position and if you can be active and make
1 sima/1 breeding each month and not just this month. if you can't do it, please be honest.

anyone in a ghost position who doesn't send a pm to me will be fired by the end of this week.

if there are concerns about other staff, don't hesitate to ask and i will look into it or explain what's going on.

please tell me on the staff chat or over pm or dm if you still want to be staff.
if you're inactive and i've been in contact with you, you don't have to.
if i have warned you about inactivity and you just don't want to make Simas anymore, it's okay to tell me that.

general announcement;;

there will be a moderator position added, but do not ask to be a moderator.
moderators will be appointed based on observation and history in the community.

we also may hire event staff, but that is in discussion.

when you post a breeding ticket, we do not recommend you rush an artist if it hasn't been a week.
you can politely ask them a week afterward, but if there is an issue much further, please take it to an owner
or a future moderator.

there is also now an offtopic skype chat for Simas. if you wish to be a part of it, pm me and i will hit you up with a link.
same rules apply, but if you vent on it, refrain from posting sensitive content and dm a person if one person out of the
whole chat says they'll help. the other chat is now for Simas only.

by the way, pick Simas wisely- some sort of limit might come soon.
