okay thats it.
i need a character that people can actually do art of.
people seem to think hershel is a dragon/demon thing.
"it" is just a cat, with some feathers and no skin on muscles on his face.

people always make my characters with very little fur super fluffy
or draw jonah without his stripes, or make creamsicle pink
and stuff like that

eeech. It annoys me when people get the color wrong for my char. ;u;
Ffft. It's hard to try and get accurate colors, it takes me like.. forever just trying to get the correct colors for some art. /crawls away

Just adding on to the annoyance thing, it annoys me when people can't get your character's markings right.

Analoni has so many people who forgot to put her scar or gave her pupils in boths eyes or forgot her necklace, even when I clearly stated that they were there.

On the colour subject;

I rarely use the exact same colours when doing commissions. I tend to mute them a bit to better suit my style, since I work better with the colours I mix rather than the ones others used |D But I keep it basically the same, just shift the tone and sometimes the hue a bit.

On markings;

Do you have any idea how hard it is to figure out where markings are supposed to go when your drawing not only has a different way of using anatomy, but is in a different pose/angle/whatever? Trust me, it's hard to get the markings to line up. I do my best but I often cut corners and just make it as close as possible.

I think most artists do both of those to some degree, whether muting or bolding the colours
but it's annoying when they make orange to pink, or red to orange. And the such.

With complex characters I totally understand (like tbh, if people don't notice the little lines on Jonah then w/e), but when the character only has a few markings or the artist doesn't put in these huge stripes? It doesn't make much sense to not draw them.

mmm, and people miss hershels markings a lot.
but its mainly the fact that they draw him as a giant dragon beast thing when "it" is just a house cat.

okay, new character might be a pudu ... or white tailed deer ... cannot decide.
