This is correct, hence my previous statement of SMALL print. Thank you for clarifying, though. :)

So, I saw the new trailer for the new companion, and...I think she's a sweet lady in-person, but the vibe I got off of her companion was just...bland and dull. I really don't want to jinx anything, but I'm not really looking forward to next season if her character doesn't change.

yea she seemed a bit dumb, not to put bill down it was just like "doctor isn't there someone smarter to help you? like realise those things want to kill you!", but it could have been her just getting used to the role or bad script as they figure her out more. so i kind of hope she has more street smarts and people smarts to keep the doctor out of danger, i would hope she is a bit sassy but not to the point like Clara did and get herself killed.

kind of hoping for a mix between Martha, donna and Courtney if that makes any sense to anyone else. she said she felt like her companion would be more like donna so finger crossed.

Watching "The Moonbase" now ... Wow, and I thought the Cybermen voices in "The Tenth Planet" were annoying. These ones are distorted almost to the point of being unintelligible. ^^' Glad they got an upgrade eventually, lol.

I haven't seen The Moonbase yet, but now I kinda want to see it just because I thought the exact same thing about the voices of the Cybermen in "The Tenth Planet" and I couldn't imagine them sounding worse. X3

I'm really sad that there's not going to be any new Doctor Who episodes until Christmas, if I didn't have the old series to watch or own any episodes myself, I might go through withdrawals or something. X3

I'm already caught up with the New Who episodes, so I may think about watching the rest of the Classic Who episodes (though I can't find any place to watch those episodes).

Yeah, the classics can be hard to track down sometimes. If you have access to a public library, though, you could probably find some DVDs available there to borrow. That's where I've been able to find and watch a bunch of them. I got to watch a lot on Hulu plus and Netflix, too, but unfortunately they've had to take down all their Doctor Who content, so that's not an option anymore ... *sigh*

There are also a lot of Classic Who stories available for digital purchase on iTunes and similar sources, and of course there's always the option of buying the DVDs. You can often find them pretty cheap on Amazon UK, although that's only a good option if you have a player that works with region 2 PAL DVDs.

Aaand, you can find a lot of the show online if you search on Dailymotion.

the entirety of the classic series + some eu stuff can be found here! the website is russian but the videos are available in english & with english subs

@corrigan ~ Oooh! That's neat! I'll have to look into those audios! :)

@love8188 ~ Ooh, that sounds super cool!

Speaking if comic books if the Doctor Who variety...there's this guy who is a friend of my brother's and he's been spoiling me with Doctor Who stuff lately. Last week, he gave me 6 issues of the Doctor Who Magazine that he found at a thrift store. Today, he gave me an issue of a Doctor Who comic. It's called Prisoners of Time and features the 7th Doctor. I have no idea if it's in its original wrapping or not and I have no idea if it's a collectors edition or not. So I'm pretty much terrified to open it and read it. XD

OH! I have a lot of the Doctor Who comic books ^^ I enjoy them a lot, my favourite one is when 11th finds an alien author, and the alien is using mind control to have the people read his books, but they wouldn't pay attention to anything so the people would walk into danger c:
