To get the hatching O-Power, you have to have all the others, and Max style in Lumiose city. I've heard of different ways of doing so; but the method i used was to buy 100 premeir balls in the pokeball shop one by one. I heard of someone useing the bargain O-Power, and buying 60 at one time and it worked as well. To find out how much your style is; their is a guy selling mega-stones in the stone emporium, if he is offering more than 10,000 per stone, then your not at max style. Once you are; the guy is in cafe Introversion ;3

I have many Eevees that i am looking to give away; I have no shinies, or any with HA's, though i have both male and female with the other two abilities, mainly more males and run away nature. Not to brag but...after 200 eggs I hatched a freaking shiny fletchling....But it's careful, and big pecks....BUT STILL!
