Whoa, a lot sure has happened while I've been away ;u;
I've spent a lot of time away from the fanclub, but it has been for a good reason! I've been planning my custom -- with varying results. I've finally decided on a design (I think); I just need to know that he's not breaking any rules before I send him to an artist to make him official!

Does anyone know who I need to contact to get my custom design approved?

Jaydoge I think. That's who I went through :3 challenge wise, though I got referred to Horsy for some other tweaks ;3

horsy will be your best bet, but you can have any artist transfer ^^
