[Announcement]
We're in need of hiring on one or two new Archivists. The position would be Stub Shop archivist. The position entails everything that has to do with our Stub Shop and its system. The position is open to any one that has a good understanding of our Stub shop and its guidelines as well as understands our regular rule system. I'll list out all the necessary information of what you'll be required to do and how much time roughly you'd need to have available for this position as well. Archivists gain normal staff perks after 30 days of actively being inducted as an official member of staff. The trial period for archivists is between 1 and 3 weeks before being voted to be inducted into staff officially. Applications will be open for roughly 1 week (12.21 - 12.27) though it may be open longer if need be.

- ✦Stub Shop Archivist
Requirements::
- ✦Team player mentality; meaning working and playing well with others
✦General understanding of our rules (especially the Stub Shop and its guidelines)
✦Able to be reliable for a minimum of 3 days a week for cataloging
✦Inbox open to the public for questions regarding Stubs and trade-in pms for items from the stub shop.
✦Ability to utilize a google doc relatively well (hyperlinking, copy, pasting, general knowledge)
note that our stub shop doc is specifically coded so you will need to follow that formatting if you are chosen to help.
What You'll be Doing::
- ✦Cataloging Stubs (including judged viscet comps, stub adopts, and special events like the "summer prompt thread")
✦Answering pms and questions concerning Stubs and replying to questions on the Stub Shop
✦Notifying Mint Chip of stub transactions for trade-in cataloging. (stubs traded for items and myos in the stub shop)

For right now these are the only staff positions I am opening. Hopefully sometime early next year I'll be opening for a couple more mods but for now we are in desperate need of 1 to 2 stub archivists for this specific task. Thank you.
