If you can master the combinations, then glimmer and gloom is the quickest.
Somebody posted a link to this guide a while back on the thread, which is super helpful.
I use the medium level and I can max out in under an hour c:

For me it's Glimmer & Gloom honestly. I do only the special games, get them done anywhere from 28 seconds to 2 minutes, get 2KT. Takes about 45ish minutes to max out the fairgrounds that way.
I can't max out the fairgrounds that quickly with any other game, so I never really bothered with the fairgrounds for the longest time because it didn't seem worth it. I've maxed out the fairgrounds every day for almost the last two weeks now. XD
