That is an adorable dress-up!
Looks similiar to a dress-up I had in mind for mine. Especially the bow!
If you look in my ungrouped pets, most of them have a bow ~ don't ask.....I suppose I'm going through some type of "phase" O.o Also, I love teddy bears <3

I also would wait for the rarity to come out & demand to die down a little before offering massive overpay for one.

Here's my May 2009 PPS Coccoon:

It's the only one I have "dressed up"......it's not much of a dress-up or should I say not that original though as so many people were putting that sheep costume on theirs as well when the coccoon first came out.
I really need to change it and dress up my others.

I was going to do that for my original
cocoon but decided to put her up in a tree
instead. The only problem with that is that
is that she is was to big for the tree and looks
like she is swinging and trying to get off. The tree is also cut off ):
