this is the site where you can find more information. He did break the Dalek half way threw the filming of season 9 and that is why it's been taking awhile for a trailer to come out. Though no one is 100% sure if he is going to get fired, but he sure is in trouble.

(I'm unfamiliar with the site you linked at the top, and even if I was familiar with the site, the article just says it's a "rumor," anyways.
As for the second link, that's definitely reliable, and it doesn't sound good.)

I sincerely hope Peter isn't fired. He's become my second-favorite Doctor! I certainly hope that whatever issue has arisen regarding the Dalek and himself is fixed quickly and swiftly, and while the show may be put off for longer, that he ultimately does not lose his position as the Doctor.

Agreed, Peter's an amazing Doctor. He's probably my second-favourite too. But it's possible for a Doctor to be dismissed or something along those lines. Colin Baker (Sixth) was fired and Christopher Eccleston (Ninth) chose to leave for personal reasons. It would be a real shame if Peter had to leave the show.
