it's confusing and makes the team think you are quoting because you've been skipped- not because you didn't
properly remove the quotes. please remove all quotes from your new post. it should not say "username wrote:"
above your post, UNLESS you are requoting because you've been skipped.

@osleya - another tip for people is what I do. If you aren't sure if you've gotten a reply, pick the name of a cat you KNOW you mentioned in your post's summary of actives (since not all mods quote the text as well) and search it. For example I search my leader's name, and if the last post up is my own post, then my mod hasn't posted yet.

Personally, I think it's worth trying to include all your cats in your actions, even if you just say that they're staying within camp, as that means you can search up any of your cats - if you're not sure who went out on your patrols - and be sure to find any more recent mod replies. Further, it means that if you typo'd on a name, and are prone to typo's for whatever reason (for instance, you tend to write on an auto-correct heavy phone) you have multiple chances to find them correctly, which is useful.
This method also means that anyone else who's interested in reading through what you've written for your clan can more easily find everything involving them, and everything involving a particular character.
Additionally, many people want to keep track of convoluted family trees. Including everyone in the actions makes it far easier to find what happened to a given cat. For instance, if they mysteriously disappear, someone tracking down family trees might think a queen entered limbo, when they died during childbirth instead.

Generally, it's easier for a lot of purposes to just include the cat names if in doubt - and, of course, not missing your replies is a big one of these! Just if you do this, separate out who's doing patrols or training and who's just in camp so your mod knows what they actually are meant to take as your prompts.
