What do you think of current prices?
Personally, I feel as though they are pretty Fair. I feel as though Items shouldn't be just available for everyone at ease for the simple fact that when you adopt or receive a Mako, the design and everything about should be something that you love and already enjoy. To adopt one design with the idea of changing it immediately after purchase/adopt, I feel that is unfair to those who loved the design as is. So... imo, the prices are fair for what they are doing/getting/availability.

Yes~ I'd absolutely love more slots. And I'm in agreeance with ~Siren about the
idea of certain store Makos not counting towards total.
I already have four babies, though I'm looking into buying one from the store, as well as breeding said mako and keep one of the babes. It's difficult to bond with the adopts knowing that it's gonna be hard to have space for everyone that I fall in love with.

I'm not sure how to answer this one... but I'm in slight agreeance with lunamoth on this one. The ablity would be for the few who enjoy drawing their makos with it/rping their makos with said given power. I don't know what the pricing should be at...

No. I feel as though these should be left for the few people who either want a custom bad enough to pay for the unique horns, or for the special Makos ('00 & '50). I don't feel as though it should be something given to everyone as that would weaken the specialness of having the multiple horns. Similar to wings/talons/powers, multi-horns should be left for special numbers or customs. I would be greatly disappointed if this became an item.

Although Luna has a point, art isn't everything.
We don't want every single mako having powers. I say 30-40$, because powers ARE special trait and as far as I know, powers can be passed down sooo it should be pricier than $10. You guys might find it expensive but I find it reasonable.

What Halloween based designs would you like to see?
Mmm... I liked the one halloween one from last year that had the angler antenna, so maybe a few with angler antenna with maybe trench dwelling creatures themes (Like Angler/ football fish, uuuhm, bioluminecent creatures, he glowy invertebrates) And of course the staple of pumpkins, bats, mummies.... vampires. A group of 'Creatures of the Night' would be coolio.
An' multi-eyed makos would be delish~ (They'd be so hard to get a hold of though I bet, but I love multi-eyed things <3 )

That's kinda tough. I think if there would be a store item for fully custom horns it may need some limits because that seems like something that should be much rarer, but it would also need a median price so that people would actually want it. I mean, I'd love to add multiple horns to a mako, but I wouldn't want to pay say; $50 if I could only do 4 sets ya know. I'd gladly shell out $50-60 for 8+, but I think like... maybe start with a limit on sets of 4 and have it be around $35? then go up in increments for more sets. (I mean dude a ten horned Mako would be ridiculous an' sweet .3. )

But to answer some of your questions/concerns etc:

1) Current prices - I wanted feedback over this since I know some people can't afford to buy. I do intend to have every 3rd wednesday be discount day but I forgot last month OTL So I might have to set a reminder or something for myself so I don't forget.

2) On the topic of currencies - We will be running a Halloween event where you can earn several different currencies and trade them in. So don't feel like we won't be giving out sand dollars or giving you the chance to receive them! Plus we will be running events starting October first through February [most won't be very long or anything (Halloween, surprise event, Christmas/December, New Years, Valentines day)] So there's a lot of chances still coming. I totally understand how it is to not have points or USD/Paypal or anything like that. Of course there's an advantage to those who do but of course I want to provide to those who don't have things like that since I've been in the boat too.

3) The Multiple Horn item - Several people have approached me in the last few days over the Super horn potion adding more than 2 horns. What the Super horn potion does is EDIT existing horns [or adds a set if there are none] and allows you to fully customize those said horns. Say you want curled horns, antlers, something like that. The Super horn potion will do that for you. But because people want multiple sets I figured I'd take a vote on it as well to see if it would be worth trying to figure out or just forgoing overall, but with the interest I might set aside some time to try to figure out logistics and run it past you guys again.

4) Slots - Currently I'm allowing each member to buy 2 slots to a set 10. - HOWEVER; currently I'm also running bribes for anything over 10 slots as I want people to have as many makos as they can care for! It's just I don't want to open unlimited slots at this exact moment for everyone. I do intend to potentially hand some out and there's some secrets that I think you'll all appreciate for later (Although I won't tell now). I am definitely consider opening up to unlimited slots though [through purchase currently but may gift a few here and there at a later time(?)]

5) Extra little secret - I'm working on a project that will allow you to trade/swap/buy items from other members if they so choose. Much like the trading system on CS works. Of course you will all [theoretically in my head] get sand dollars from the Halloween event [through winning or trading in your other candy/tokens at the end for them]. But some of you will win items or other things. I know some of you will get things you won't necessarily want/need so I wanted to open something to allow you to help other members through trade. I haven't figured out the logistics or even if it's a good idea, but it'd leave another way for all of you to get items perhaps. Maybe through art. Not sure yet though.

Also I wanted to make this statement for awhile because I feel bad asking for money so frequently through this species. I know we have a store and store makos, auctions, all that. But-

I am not here just for your money. I bought Makoatls to help my personal income so I can support Juliette and myself, but ALSO because I was in love with this species since it started back a year ago or so. You have no idea, I wasn't attracted to most of the CS species but this one really caught my eye. And my babe Rondo was my first real adopted character from someone that wasn't me. So I want to take care of it. I really do spend a lot of my personal time thinking about cool things we can do and all the things I'd love to be able to put into place to make it an awesome community that's easy and fun for everyone!

It's just really hard since I don't have a lot of time except in the evenings and by then I just want to kinda lay around and have some time for myself and Juliette. Honestly though, I know how all of those who don't have money feel. I had a paypal for a long time now for some reason, but I never used it until I started into characters. I don't want to always sell for super high prices like Kias go for. I want this community to be able to participate no matter if you have money or don't.

This community really brightens my day and I try my best for you guys so that you can all have fun along with me. But I sell all these things for USD/Points because that way I have money in my pocket so I don't have to sit and worry all day about how I'm going to get to my jobs or if I'll have money to eat if my parents go out of town for a week or something. That's why, but I promise to all of you who feel left out over items, there'll be some stuff for you too coming up. I haven't forgot about you guys.

And I definitely haven't forgotten about the non owners since I have plans so they can participate in the event as well!

Pff, I'm perfectly fine with them, honestly. They're fair; aren't too cheap, aren't too expensive (for me, anyway). However, rather than having just one discount day a month, what about a weekend? The first or second of every month, and it runs from Friday to Sunday?

My only issue with the store is the date of the discount day. The third Wednesday of the month for me, and possibly for others is when money starts getting tight. I get paid on the last day of each month and a discount day for me would only really be accessible in the first week before I start having bills and such come out. Even the second week would be better than the third just because I have no money by that point and to buy stuff would leave me without food.

Okay, I've got the unpopular opinion that I don't actually like the idea of a 24/7 shop for these items. I like the way it's handled in the Kia community for example, where there's an event where you can buy them, then the rest of the year you can't. It's like... You've won this design, for this design, why would you want to then make a thousand alterations to it? Okay some are fine, but (no offence Luna) I really wouldn't agree with anything to change markings, because then it's not even the same Mako you started with.
So yeah, there are no other items I'd like to see.

I think 8 sets of horns is a bit much o.o
I'd love to have double horns on a Mako, though no more than that for me. But yeah sounds interesting, as long as it's priced so that not every Mako has a million sets.

None taken at all Sola, though I do agree with you on the store aspect. I really prefer the idea of making these items rarer and harder to obtain. Simplely because, I don't think we want a bunch of twins, custom horned, custom haired Makos running around. Even with limits on these items, they get restocked every month, making them less rare and easier to obtain.
I believe a once a year shop would be a bit better, the rarer items could stay rare, plus you could raise the prices a bit due to the fact everything's harder to get. Also back to the topic of prices, I forgot about the customs in the store. I honestly feel they are priced too low. The fact that some of the store makos are going for higher than a semi custom is what gets me. Most people would prefer to pay for a semi-custom which they have some control over, instead of buying a premade design. Just somethings that came to me last night while sleeping.
