oh yeah, where we start is an important thing. I prefer starting it from before kuroha kills them all and all the important things happen and after when all the members are there [ I'm not sure about hiyori though. ] , but it mint be boring so you guys can choose. are there any opinions?

it's in canon that kano deceived shintaro into being ayano. his reasons for it are unknown, but if he'd take the form of his dead sister it'd be for an important reason wwwww it appeared in the novel!
i doubt he'll turn out to be an antagonist, especially taking note from the lyrics/pv of yobanashi deceive. it's waaaayy more desperate than vengeful or that like. i think the closest kano can get to an antagonist is if his snake takes full control of him
kano's a pretty messed up guy, but i doubt he's an antagonist uwu not to mention, he appeared in summertime record! so that points to something positive at least
