THE LEMUR MUTATION
The Lemur Mutation (Lm) is a CAC-Exclusive mutation of the white spotting gene. The mutation is homozygous dominant lethal (LmLm = death). It is a dominant trait, but will only show if the cat is solid. It can still be carried, just not expressed. So if you, for example, have a cat who is Aa/AA , Lmlm, they have the posibility to pass on the lemur gene, they just wont show it.

perhaps unlike many of the other gathering studs, joanne didn't come to the gathering with the sole intention of meeting other cats. instead, she has always been very interested in traveling the world and finding the next great adventure. it is only by chance that joanne arrived at the gathering, and it will take a very impressive adventure set forth by a clan cat to catch her wandering eye.

WHERE WOULD YOUR CAT TAKE JOANNE TO IMPRESS HER? the best place Chococaw could think of; the crystal caves! It’s a bit of a trek to get up to these hidden caves in the mountains, but it’s definitely worth it! the cave walls are filled with all different types of crystals, of all colours and shapes, and the best part is when the moon’s light shines through the open cave roof and lights up each of the crystals, turning the cave into a discoball of dancing colours. It’s truly a wonder.

joanne's eyes widened with wonder at the glowing crystals and the colors so unlike any she had ever encountered before. this was certainly an adventure that's she'll never forget!
