My dog is a pound-dog and he is a wonderful animal. I say he's the perfect dog and of course I'm biased, but other people rave about him too. He's cured two children of a fear of dogs. xD Just the other day some guy at the coffee shop my dad goes to every morning met Shadow and said that he had never had a dog his entire life and never wanted one, but if he'd met a dog like Shadow he would have gotten one in an instant. Yeah, Shadow is like Jesus, going around and converting everyone. ;D

My dog is a mutt (we think black lab X border collie X miscellaneous) and I think that I would always get a mutt when it comes down to it. There are so many advantages to purebreds of course, but to me a dog is a dog first and I don't care much about body standards or specific temperments as long as the animal fits my lifestyle. Usually SPCA's or other shelters describe their adoptable dogs' personalities to some degree, so it's not impossible to find a mutt that won't surprise you with a strong herding instinct or something that you weren't expecting. I love purebreds, don't get me wrong, but I love mutts too. Often times I find them prettier that certain breeds cuz they can have a lot of little traits I like from different breeds.

...I don't really judge other people's Shelties? Mine's a purebred, but I don't really see them around enough, and Sheltie lines tend to differ a lot depending on their origin and the breeder's preference. Mine is of the bigger-boned lots of floof variety, but I love them all. XD My only annoyance is that everyone sees him and is like, "Hey look, it's a baby Lassie!" First of all, not a baby. Second of all, not a female. Third, Shetland Sheepdog, not Collie or Miniature Collie. Fourth, Lassie wasn't a female either - only males tend to have the big floofy coats, while females are a bit flatter. Ergo, they used male dogs for Lassie because they wanted "her" to look like a big majestic collie and to keep the actor looking little even as he grew.

XD Everytime I explode at someone I basically relay his message (cleaner of course) to them. It feels good to let that out sometimes. Then I have to hit him with a mental stick for being rude =3

Reason I asked was because I'm watching my favorite tv show and Carr isn't shutting up. He's always been quiet before now while watching though. Yay for someone finally deciding to speak up -_-

He can have some really nasty stuff to stay at school, but usually he's the nicer one. I'm the nasty one.

I try to ignore him, but he keeps on pestering me and chanting, "SAY IT SAY IT SAY IT" and then, about one in ten times he does that I actually do say it, without cleaning the message up. ;.;

I don't filter out what Luth says most of the time, so if you pay close attention you can usually tell when he has something to say (whenever I stop mid-sentence after making a broad, sweeping statement and go "that's a lie..."). It means that I sound like I'm having a conversation with myself a lot of the time when I talk :D Also means I get to steal any good calls he makes.

Luth's not really any fouler mouthed than I am...he calls people smegging twats a lot, but that's about it really >>
