Question: Are the cows considered to be PPS?

In my opinion? Definitely. They are baby animals (calves, not full grown cows) on the PPS pony lineart. Pets like this (that looks like a dragon), this (that looks like a sheep), and this (that looks like an otter) are considered PPS, so why wouldn't the cows be? Some of the outcomes (like this one) also have the What is PPS? link on their page.

Thanks guys. It’s been slow going on the PPS collection front for me lately. I think the Easter event has brought more folks online so that could be part of my luck.

I completely understand that. I'm having trouble getting my hands on the new Purple Horse PPS - it seems like everyone missed it and no one's willing to trade theirs xD It's beautiful though! I'm sure you'll get all the PPS you're missing soon! c:

Edit: Finally got one but I had to pay an arm and a leg for it, so glad I finally got one though!
