And my fave Splicers are Toasty, Rosebud, Spider Splicers, Baby Jane, and Ducky.
Actually, I like them all, except the Plaster Splicers. They scare the heck out of me ;-;

Arcadia, the hospital levels (Doctor Steinmann <3), and Persephone were the best level layouts, in my opinion. I also like Siren Alley but lots of peeps didn't seem to enjoy it...
