Yup! She is! :3 I created her about...2 or 3 months ago? It wasn't long after getting Pokemon White 2 and I finished doing the Brycenman Movie Series at PokeStar Studios that I decided to make her. She was inspired a bit by the Lucario Girl's/Kid's outfit. X3 The red mask at least. X3

Pokemon are a favorite for me, but I don't have any characters of the sort. They seem increasingly popular, however. Personally, playing Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Diamond on a Game Boy Color was my childhood. c:
