No I haven't. But my Dad -Yes my Dad- He's done it. While I... I just make loads of saved games and be like, "Uh. This family is boring now. New family!"

Well I usually make a family, have 1 super crazy person that I play while the rest can die if they want. As I cheat throughout the game.

But I played a family without any cheats, they are awesome! But the game was boring.

So I was thinking about trying out the Legacy challenge. Think I can do it?

Get the Fertility perk/thing for both mother & father Sims.
That usually works xD

Yeah I've used that cheat a couple of times. But I mostly just use 'motherlode' as well as the useful mailbox. xD
