he looks like a jolteon but black with a creepy mist following him where ever he goes, this is what happened: someone used the electric and shadow stone on him as an eevee, so he turned into a dark Jolteon, like, he can use dark type and electric type moves, shadow ball and thunder volt/bolt, he is very powerful, i would be surprised if Halloween didn't want him in his army

Halloween wouldn't care, so long as he doesn't betray the army or try and assassinate him when he's asleep.

Oh, he is very loyal, like a jolteon, but he is very aggressive like an umbreon
