I'd just like to say that, though she's got anime eyes, I tried to make her body more realistic. Meaning no smooth, pretty anime figures.

Well you can have a smooth, pretty non-anime figure .__. it looks basically the same with different proportions and different shading
I agree with Noa, the "shoulder blade" then, should be a little less angular C: It just looks sort of strange

Ginger, I love your shading;3 Its just the anatomy that bugs me. The paw lifted upon teh first one, seems, well, awkward? I'm not sure how to fix it, perhaps lift the shoulder blade up a tad?</3

Since the only reply I got last time wasn't critique (but thankyou for the comment!) I shall re-post my artwork.

Shoot, can't believe I missed it >< Becca, I love the snail (so. pretty. O__O). The anatomy for the second pic (around the neck and legs especially) could use a bit of tweaking though Also, just wondering what you thought of the mermaid I posted? I don't usually draw 'em, so I'm a bit... crit hungry

Ohg~~ I like. Though I guess her head looks like its at a funny angle, uncomfortable to. Perhaps make her looking up with her hair flowing over her chest? I llike the colours you have used and the stripes on the tail;3 The water is just plain awsome. x3

It doesn't really look uncomfortable to me, but I guess it's because more often than not I lie like that XD I asked my brother to pick 3 random colors, and he automatically said red, blue and orange (red is his favorite color, blue and orange are his girlfriends'). When I needed one more, he said maroon or something, so I said "... green it is".

Thought I'd share that random info. And thanks, I sort of rushed the water to be honest ^///^
