I hope to get another one one day - But, it would have to be a special order - and i'm trying to limit myself to 1 animal per special order. lol.
So, i'm still waiting on my Long fin bristlenose pleco.
Then, i'd be going for 2 Bamboo Shrimp (They're filter feeders, and just super adorable)
and finally a Big ol' apple snail. (or two)

Then it'll be a lot of work with plants until i start my 10g Micro tank. But, i'm super excited for my 55g to all come together

i found one of my guppies in the last filter of my fish tank... i have no idea how she got in there (maybe jumped when i was doing a water change?), because i have a lid AND 2 other filters before the last one! it was really weird how i found out, one of the other fish actually splashed me (by jumping out of the water). i freaked and looked into the filters to see if it had moved, and saw a fish in there!
when one of my older guppies had babies, she only had three and they managed to survive. one day, i noticed only two were in the tank and assumed my goldfish and shrimp ate up the body. guess i was wrong! it took me so long (like 30 minutes) to get her out of that tiny filter, but i did it! she is currently super skinny (wonder why) but i'm looking to bulk her up! i can't add any fish flakes into the water as of yet because i took the first filter out and i don't want the food clogging up everything else. so instead, i've been adding frozen shrimp and food chips.

my goldfish has gotten pretty big, by the way.

Whew. been a while since i've commented here.
Got some Platy babies, and a molly baby from my mother, and they're growing quite well.
Also got a super tiny Bristlenose pleco. His name is Tiny tim.
He's in my betta tank currently, which will be used as a grow out tank for him.
I've got a lot of small crevasses in my 55g that he could get stuck in while he's growing - So want him to be big enough before i put him in, so that doesn't happen. lol.

And still no idea if he's a Male or not. He's way too tiny to see any Bristles.
So, if he ends up being a she, i'm sure i'll change the name haha.

i think Tiny Tim is a hilarious name! i really dig your signature theme, as well! bettas are truly beautiful.

Haha, yeh. He's so tiny, it's unreal. I adore him.
I do hope he grows fast, though. lol. I want him in my 55g already.
Just gotta wait until he's big enough to NOT get stuck in all the small areas in that tank.


They really are wonderful. i adore Bettas. that's what got me into the freshwater hobby.

I'm staying away from them for a little bit, though. Ended up losing my little guy from Dropsy yesterday.
They're like puppies, and i just get so attached to them that the heart break can be a bit too much.

So that tank will just hold a couple for baby fish, and the pleco as a "grow out" tank.
after they grow up, and go to the 55g - i'm thinking of getting a pea puffer in there. There's more than enough pest snails in there for him to munch on. But, of course with my love for bettas, there's always that chance i'll see one i fall in love with.
