Rare/line edit litters
So ive noticed quite a few line edited litters recently, that makes them rare, and im just thinking maybe add a limit to rare litters?
If we have 4 artists now then maybe 1 rare litter a month per artist? Thats about 1 a week, what do you guys think?

Tbh, I'm not a fan of species when they have rarities. Line edits are fun but I feel like they don't have to have a rarity to them too. Then it makes people think "oh mines rare it's more special" when maybe it has an extra fun or something. I don't know, I just wish there were more species with line edits that didn't have rarities. It reduces competition imo and makes it a little more fun. But yeah, limiting rare litters may be a good idea if they are in fact, rare.
