I read all type of length books. I prefer small ones for light reading and big ones that I can get sucked into and get no sleep and do no homework because they are so addicting...

The poll is now up! To see the book suggestions go to the front page and the third post. Forms are there containing blurbs. You may only vote once. The vote is fair and will be taken down in five days - so get going!

can't narrow it down, but a few [ a lot ] are... hunger games, pretty little liars, the lying game, the hobbit, percy jackson, city of ember and stuff and things.

I'd never be able to narrow it down. Maybe if I was given categories...favourite children book, action book, romance book, humour book, teen book, young adult book, adult book, adventure book etc. then again...that also might be hard. There are definitely books I can pull up as my favourites because they stuck out to me and I've never forgotten then but choosing just one would probably be impossible for me. edit ;; the front page has been updated with new members. if you're not on there, please shoot me a pm ^^

question for you all!
do you have one all-time favourite book, or are you unable to narrow it down?
The Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld.
I read this book, gosh, six some years ago and I've read it multiple times since. It's the book that really pushed me to read more.

Well, TFiOS is winning but with eleven more people [if everyone currently in the club votes] to go, it's still pretty open. It was The Host or TFiOS for me and I've already read TFiOS and thus looking at The Host for the first time should be fun.
zebra ;; I love the Uglies series. Such an amazing set of books. Which is your favourite and have you read the spin-off Westerfield wrote following, I think, Shay?
mercy/whale ;; here you go

zebra - the uglies series is actually on my to-read list, i was going to buy it on my kindle a couple of nights ago but choose matched instead.
to answer my own question:
i would never be able to choose one all-time favourite book, but i did grow up with harry potter, so i suppose that one automatically makes it into my top five. i love the series so much, and jk rowling is a huge inspiration and role model to me.
the host is also a book i'd love to read - i'd love to do so before the film comes out - so if that one wins i'd be happy, eheh.
