There are many tutorials on the net, I use them too.
This is a good one for raptors, just look 'em up on deviantart it can't do any harm

She is sneaky, remorseless, sly, clever, smart, fast, and a bit lonely. I will elaborite, promise
Brief history: She grew up in a field of deadly nightshade flowers. This made her immune to the venom, and she learned how to become immune to other poisons. She grew up a huntress, so this made her sneaky and sly, making her perfect for the role of the assasin. She has a dagger made of obstain, which is laced with several toxins, which includes extracts of the deadly nightshade flower.

If she is a dinosaur she can join.
A dinosaur with wings can't join for example. That's just too far from realism.
But, if she's a dinosaur with emu marking and feathers she can join

Picture/reference: Base body color is all gray. The tips of his wings are dark gray, as are the inside feathers of his wings. His feet/legs are also dark gray, and he has a red comb that starts at his beak an goes down his neck and end at the start of his wings. His tail has the same color scheme as his wings (dark gray stripe/tips) and his underbelly is a very light gray. He has dark gray "tears" running from his eyes to the beginning of his beak.
Personality: Stubborn and protective, also pretty humorous. It seems that he doesn't take his job too seriously, but he's very competitive and hates when he is beaten. So yes, he does take his job seriously, just maybe not in the way most would think.
