Okay. I lie. We are now going to be hiring instructors for the Illiterate to Literate thread! Excited yet? Well, you should be!
Let's get down to business, shall we?

1. You MUST be an avid role player. I don't care if you've been on CS for less than a year, but you MUST be a consistent role player. If not, there are exceptions, but only if you look further down.
   
   
2. You have to be a very patient person. I don't want somebody who would become frustrated with their new student for "not catching on fast enough". that is totally not fair to them, now is it?
   
   
3. Literacy is very important here. If you aren't at least a high semi-literate role player, who hasn't owned a single role play, your form will be disqualified automatically.
   
   
4. you have to be able to teach a student in whatever categories you decide to apply for.
   
5. * This is the exception; if you've role-played from other sites, and can prove it, we would be perfectly happy to look over your form.

2. The forms will be judged in exactly two weeks [I'm posting this on 2-24-13]. I'd be happy if you had them done [edits will not be accepted after this date] on 3-10-13, 12:00 p.m. MST [mountain standard time].
   
   
3. We will be looking into the following categories; you are only allowed to apply for some on this list [unless you think we could improve by adding a category. And in that case, PM ME, and ONLY me].
   
   » character drama
   » using mobile site [apple products]
   » maintaining a roleplay
   » developing fantasy/humanoid worlds, plots, and settings,
   » animal role playing
   » critiquing work
   » growing users from semi-literate to literate
   » developing plots
   » developing believable characters [from late teens to thirties]
   » developing your own form
   » one on one roleplay tutoring
   » developing younger, out of the norm characters
   » developing detailed physical descriptions
   » coding basics
   
   There are no limits as to how many categories you apply for. The more you do, the better your chances.

1. No forms will be accepted after midnight [MST] on March 10th.
   
   
2. No edits will be accepted after midnight [MST] on March 10th. Doing so will lead to immediate disqualification.
   
   
3. Leave the transparent word at the bottom of the form. If you don't, we won't be able to find your form, and you won't be in the competition any more.
