I
remember watching Elfen Lied. I watched the whole anime in on night XD But to tell the truth, when I started it the first time, I gues I was 12?, I stoped after some minutes because it was to brutal for me '3'

haha, i watched it when i was about 9? i remember my older brothers put it up on the tv and i was, understandably very shocked from the amount of nudity. i rewatched it later on and my favorite character was nana, my least favorite was the main character (kouta).

it took me a while but i finally finished hunter x hunter (2011)
the chimera arc has r u i n e d me but wow the anime is so good
the humor is genuinely funny, and wow the levels of emotion that
will slap you in the face are ridiculous ok
10/10 would recommend
also the intro is one of the best, and definitely one of my favorites

I grew up watching with the Kanto and Hoen region. I skipped diamond and pearl because I didn't like dawn haha, and then watched Black and White. Then I didn't watch the ones after that, but maybe a couple of episodes XY, which I didn't like oops. I want to like the new versions, but it just seems so different from the first ones.
I was reading this and I legitimately thought I had written it, oops. I also grew up on the Kanto and Hoenn anime, skipped Sinnoh, watched Unova later on in life, watched a few Kalos then stopped watching.
I swear I have Fairy Tail related dreams so often now it's not even funny

so i watched the latest episode of bnha and the whole time i had my hands on my face because it was so riveting. i ended up crying a lot. STOP RUINING MY LIFE! shouto is so op, i swear to god.
Technically im on a hiatus but I popped in to check threads and...yall im in the same boat it's okay. I've never felt so excited for a show since TTGL...and today's new episode absolutely destroyed me. I cried too and it made me so...like, loud? If that makes sense? I don't usually interact while watching shows but I was shouting and hiding and crying and I got soo into it. It's really amazing when a show can make you do that. The animation was stunning, too, and I've come to appreciate Shouto more--especially his relationship with Midoriya. Now I've gotta read the manga, lmao.

On another note, I've been in a funk so I've watched tons of anime. I binged a bunch of shows these past few weeks and I feel like such a loser woops. I can't even list everything I've watched, it's a sad amount. Some I remember are Kill La Kill, Yuri On Ice, Noucome,
When Supernatural Battles Take Commonplace, Gabriel DropOut and Black Butler: Book of Circus + the ones I don't remember. I've been keeping up on some of this season's anime too, especially Sakura Quest and Eromanga Sensei. I dropped Clockwork Planet--to be honest I was really disappointed with how it turned out but maybe I should give it another chance once it's stopped airing. Sakura Quest pleasantly surprised me though and I highly recommend you give it a shot this season!

Based on the anime I listed above, anyone have some reccomendations for shows that could give me a pick-me-up? Nothing too sad or romantic...maybe some like, slice of life comedy? I'm down for anything that could make me laugh.

Last thing in this long post, if you ever wanna talk about anime or characters or something [especially bnha...im down for rps sometimes] message me on my MAL! Since I'm having a tough time, replies may be late but I love talking about this stuff with others.
Feel free to send me a friend request too, if you'd like.
