So I'm working on this piece (that was originally intended to look like a carousel horse, but the pole looked odd so I took it off for now) and my original idea for tack was to have a lightweight, decorative saddle of some kind, but I'm not entirely sure if that's allowed. I was wondering if a) anyone knew if the saddle would be allowed (not for riding purposes, just for decoration) and b) if any of ya'll had alternative tack suggestions. thank you!

First off, that looks great so far, Dream!
I'm pretty sure I've seen Horsy say that tack is allowed, just no actual riding pictures. It'd probably be safer to leave it off, unless it's very obvious that it's not meant for people to sit on, if you know what I mean ^^
You could also try drawing it with 'circus' tack instead - let me find you some examples.
