Brindle was the same way as an apprentice but she's mellowed out since Ramhorn left. I didn't notice until my last post when I had her telling ragged that he needed to sleep more that she's grown up quite a bit. Since Ram left, she had to step up and take all the medicine duties on her own shoulders and she had to train Crowpaw. Plus having to separate her kits from eachother and losing Squirrel sort of shocked her and she's kind of reserved at the moment, but she might break down soon

Yes, the kits count towards the serving size. That way you don't have to change it later

flurry was supposed to be the smol shy fluff child who needed protection but now he's just a salty little bit of poisoned ratflesh tbh, he's so bitter about starclan making yewstar and figfur trial mates that he's letting it corrupt him into something he isnt
he isnt like totally gone and can see reason, but he's horribly abrasive now
foxpelt was supposed to be a happy peppy bean who cared for his sister and stuff but he's turned into a little drama son who goes on a huge journey bcuz he feels guilty about the death of his apprentice, he's just like,,,,really sad ;-;

let it be known that seed can't write happy characters- they get corrupted or killed.


also i thought itd be interesting to share my current notes for yewclan; with names censored of course, cant ruin the surprise c; but feel free to try and connect stuff and put stuff together, like i know i've given enough info over time for you guys to figure out some of this stuff ahue
oh and note, some of these names are cats in flaym's group so uh ye 👌

@General, When my next post goes up, I'd really appreciate some feedback c:. Coyotestar is supposed to show signs of heat exhaustion (or have full blown heatstroke idk), and I want to know if it was not only written appropriately but treated by the medicine cat in a believable way. General feedback would be nice, too x)

I write in Word too. 'Least it's not sheet paper.
I have a couple of documents and work between them. There's the mega document of planning,
format and post-structure, and another document with names, cultural structure, rituals, etc. I make a lot of use of the headings, titles and subtitles features to organise it all and keep it all quick. Having two documents means I can have references open as I write.
