Anyone have recommendations for a family friendly, non-fanservice show?
I'm kinda open to p any genre haha. Good plot, fun characters, beyond that
I don't care what kind of setting. Just looking for an overall satisfying anime,
y'know?

i recall my high school club enjoying gurren lagann, but it's not quite so uh, family friendly lol

okay, so i just caught up to my hero academia, and i want to FLING MYSELF into THE SUN because of how good it is

WOOO!!! my thoughts on chapter 90: i just died. i am deceased. anyways, i really love how they showcased bakugou's soft side with his true friends, like kirishima. also that's gay. anyways i am literally RAMBLING and i sound very unintelligent but... wow. i just loved that entire chapter of saving bakugou.

and my thoughts on the most recent chapter (121) is that i am SO GLAD that deku and kacchan made up to each other - it's like rekindling an awkward rough friendship from elementary school. it's a healthy rivalry now, and the way they're domestically talking to each other... it's so awkward, but it gives me a lot of hope.

i'm pleasantly surprised! originally, i thought it was going to be just an ok anime. and for a while, it was.

i'll make the next text smaller bc... some spoilery stuff haha.

after learning about the whole 'body sacrifice' thing, the story became less battle-oriented and more of a story-story, ykno? not to mention fu's breakdown was absolutely stunning.

i love yuyuyu. i watched it while it was airing, just expecting naother moe. i was amazed at how much it chaanged

For Christmas, I got a 2-disk Blu-ray set along with a DVD series, "No Game No Life" and the series of "Puella Magi Madoka Magica." These are two of my favorite animes, so I can't wait to watch them again, and am so happy I own the physical copies of them now! I'm in love with both of the covers - they're absolutely gorgeous!



Did you guys get anything anime-related for the holidays?

i got pencils, copic markers and some how to anatomy books so now I can draw more anime characters i should share my drawings sometime.

I have that exact madoka magica DVD. Like same cover box everything. i can tell since the DVD Is inside the cover/box. I have the movies and the anime series and it's like takes a total of 7 hours to watch them so I usually sit down on a weekend with a box of tissues ready to cry my heart out

whether i should splash my wages on the next five volumes or if i should wait until next payday.

I have started Kuroko no Basket after finishing Haikyuu!! and I have to admit, I'm actually rather enjoying it. It isn't Haikyuu!! don't get me wrong, Haikyuu is still my fave, but this isn't bad! I'm in love with Tetsu and Tetsu 2 <3 Soo cuteeee
I have finished the first series and plan to watch half of the second before I go back to school... I really have no life xD

I recommend Fairy Tail, it's quite a long series but I love it so much! The music, the guild, all the characters <3 Its just soo amazing <3
