Am I allowed to have mutated cats? I was thinking of creating a clan that is living after a nuclear war, and maybe they have slight or medium mutations (horns/antlers, one/three eyes, no tail, etc.). Is that okay?

That might fit more as a Fellowship from Create a Fellowship, mutations/strange traits are staples there.
