so guys.. i think im gonna post a theory i thought of no too long ago

So in this picture, you see Shintaro grabbing someone's hand. The question is, whose is it?
Well lets think of people with black sleeves first
Kuroha (aka dark konoha)
Azami
Ayano
First of all, it cant be Kuroha because there doesnt exist a route so far where Kuroha is active without killing everyone
Second, it cant be Azami, because not only would that not make sense, but Azami's outfit has sleeves that are shaped weird, so it cant be her
So the only person it could be is Ayano
Which makes sense because Jin also said once 'it wouldnt be fitting for the mekakushi dan to have a bad ending' and Ayano IS the founder, so that includes her, right?
Another thing is that its heavily implied that Konoha has powers that can connect him to the Heat-Haze. If he was able to get Hibiya out, it would make sense that he would eventually be able to get Ayano out. Mary might be able to help too, since she is a medusa and probably has powers related to the Heat-Haze
I also have another theory about Lost Time Memory

So in this scene, it shows Kuroha pointing a gun to his head, and then Shintaro smacking it out of the way.
First, i dont think Kuroha is Konoha, I think they are two separate beings inside one body. I think in this scene, Konoha was on the verge of being controlled by Kuroha, and to save his friends he decided to commit suicide. Shintaro, who had become close to Konoha, didnt want to lose another friend, and stopped him, but the way he did it resulted in the bullet accidentally hitting him and killing him. Since in the other Route Shintaro had killed himself at the same time, they were able to enter the Heat Haze, but i believe black Shintaro and red Shintaro couldnt see eachother
Then when he entered the Haze, he found Ayano, red Shintaro was happy to see her, and Ayano ended up giving him her scarf and eye power. Perhaps she didnt think she could leave, im not sure. And maybe the eye power would help save his friends from Kuroha, without killing him.
