@p-lasticplants, It's still pretty hard to tell (and you'd probably want to do an actual DNA test to get real answers), but I can give you a list of possible cat breeds that Tigger could be a mix of. He could be part Maine Coon since he appears to have tufted ears and shaggy/"feathery" paws. There's no real scale to determine whether or not Tigger is on the larger scale of cats (which is another characteristic of Maine Coons. They can be massive). He could also carry Ragdoll or Norwegian Forest Cat traits. I'm also tentatively suggesting the Siberian breed since the face looks right, but I can't really tell if Tigger's neck and stance fit that of a Siberian cat. Please note that I am not absolutely expert on cats. This is all just a guess.
